1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the quoll-it mobile applications (“Apps”), whether on iOS, iPadOS, or macOS. By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Apps in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Apps or interfere with any other party’s use of the Apps.
3. In-App Purchases
Some features of the Apps may be available only through in-app purchases, including but not limited to monthly or annual subscription options. All purchases are processed and billed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store any payment information.
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's App Store policies. Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Subscription price: AUD $6.99/month or AUD $49.99/year in your local currency. Price may change based on currently running promotions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
Subscriptions may be purchased only in our app via Apple's App Store mechanism. We do not offer any other means of purchasing subscriptions, and we do not accept any payment information directly.

4. Privacy
Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Apps, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software code, are the intellectual property of quoll-it and protected by copyright and other laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Apps without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, quoll-it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Apps.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or at this URL. Continued use of the Apps following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Eligibility

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sydney, Australia, in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
